FISH

Coastal character, generous living and a clear connection from front door to garden.

PROJECT STORY

The front elevation is carefully balanced around a sheltered porch, central blue entry door, plantation shutters and a pale metal roof. Inside, timber flooring draws the eye along the entry hall, with panelled wainscoting and geometric pendants giving the circulation space detail and rhythm.

At the rear, the kitchen combines white shaker-style cabinetry with a muted blue island, light-toned benchtops and glazed overhead cupboards. The dining and living spaces sit beside it as one generous room, opening through wide sliding doors to an extensive timber deck, covered verandah and garden.

A substantial stone fireplace anchors the living room. Custom shelving and low cabinetry follow the raked ceiling lines, while the bathroom uses sea-green herringbone tiles, a round mirror and traditional tapware as a restrained coastal accent.

Fishermans Walk is an Armistead Homes residential project in Barwon Heads. A composed weatherboard frontage and detached garage establish a familiar coastal character, while the long central hall leads directly to a broad, light-filled kitchen, dining and living zone at the rear.
