Experienced, local and personally involved
Armistead Homes is led by Russ Armistead, a registered domestic and commercial builder based in Ocean Grove. Russ takes on selected custom homes, renovations and extensions where experience, clear communication and direct builder involvement can make a genuine difference.
One builder. One clear point of contact
Armistead Homes is deliberately personal. Clients speak directly with Russ about the project, the decisions and the work on site. That continuity helps protect the design intent, resolve issues early and keep communication practical and honest.
Every project has different priorities. Some clients want a highly individual new home; others need an existing house to work better for the next stage of life. The common thread is a carefully considered result that is well built, comfortable and suited to the people who will live there.
More than 35 years in building and construction
Russ's career has progressed from hands-on trade work through site supervision, contract administration and project management. He has worked across residential homes and renovations as well as community, education, recreation and commercial buildings. Earlier employer-era projects are part of Russ's professional experience and are not presented as Armistead Homes projects.
That broader background brings disciplined planning, cost awareness and construction knowledge to the smaller number of residential projects Armistead Homes undertakes today.
